We handle both open market and specifically targeted, confidential, "rifle shot" campaigns, depending on both the wishes of our clients and the prevailing market conditions. Some clients wish a sale to be totally confidential in which case we approach an agreed short list of perhaps even just two or three likely purchasers, whereas some will prefer a wider circulation but no general advertising. Others still may prefer to go to the open market to achieve the best bid available.
