In 2007 HMH were involved in more golf property transactions than any other agent. In terms of value we handled close to £50 million of sales and acquisitions.

Currently we are selling Leatherhead Golf club in Surrey which comprises a freehold 18 hole classic course within the M25.

We have also recently been instructed to sell Forest Hills Golf Club in the Forest of Dean. The turnover is circa. £850,000 and offer around £1.25m are being sought.
